1. Who we are

ZyvoxGaming is an independent gaming-gear review and recommendation website based in India. We do not sell products, run user accounts, or process payments — all purchases happen on Amazon. You can contact us any time at brandzoomedia7@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account or submit personal information to browse the site. We only collect data automatically for analytics:

• ▸Usage data: pages viewed, links clicked, time on site, referring website.
• ▸Device & technical data: browser type, device type, operating system and approximate (city-level) location derived from your IP address.
• ▸Cookies: small files used by our analytics and by Amazon to measure traffic and attribute purchases (see below).

If you email us, we will have your email address and the contents of your message, used only to reply to you.

3. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve our content. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects the usage and device data listed above. This information is processed by Google in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy. You can opt out across all sites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. ZyvoxGaming is operated from India and does not currently use a cookie-consent banner, so analytics runs when a page loads; if you are in a region that requires prior consent for analytics cookies, please use the opt-out options above or block cookies in your browser before browsing.

4. Amazon affiliate links & cookies

ZyvoxGaming participates in the Amazon Associates Program. When you click a product link and visit Amazon, Amazon may place cookies on your device to attribute any resulting purchase to us so we can earn a commission (at no extra cost to you). Any information you provide on Amazon — including account details and payment information — is collected and handled by Amazon under the Amazon Privacy Notice, not by us. 5. Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. We use them for analytics; Amazon uses them for affiliate attribution. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Doing so will not stop you from using the site, though some analytics may not function.

6. Third-party services

We rely on a small number of trusted third parties: Google Analytics (analytics), Amazon Associates (affiliate links), Vercel (website hosting) and Google Fonts (typography) and Tailwind CSS (styling framework, served via cdn.tailwindcss.com). Each processes limited technical data (such as your IP address) as needed to deliver the site, under their own privacy policies.

7. How we use information

We use the data we collect only to operate and improve the website — for example, to understand which reviews and guides are useful, to fix problems, and to measure which products readers are interested in. We do not sell your personal information.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the EU/UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or to object to its processing. 9. Children's privacy

This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
